
REQUIREMENTS

The Insight Client Records Manager is built for the Microsoft 365 platform. Most customers already use a variety of Microsoft products through a 365 premium subsciption. Insight CRM will integrate with your Office package such as Outlook and Excel. Every CRM user will require the allocation of a 365 licence.

All your records and information will be stored in your own SharePoint site in specially designed lists. The Insight CRM provides a way of interacting with your information in an intuitive and meaningful way.

Access to the Insight CRM is primarily through your Teams app. A separate channel will be created where the application can be accessed by those with permissions.

Microsoft requires that to deploy an app, you need a licence for Powerapps Premium. This can be purchesed as a 'per-app' subscription for a relatively small outlay.

Almost too obvious to say, but you will need some method of linking to your online data. In most cases this achieved by using an internet connection via a LAN cable or a wi-fi network. It is never recommended that you use a public network which may put your client's records at risk of exposure.
