Who can see my client's data?The Insight CRM is only accessible by those for whom you give permission. Every user is required to sign in with a unique name and password. Counsellors can only access the records for those clients under their care. Individuals with Manager access can access everything and the Administrator role has limited access to clinical notes and personal details.

Is my data secure.Your data is stored on your Microsoft SharePoint site for which you retain responsibility. Microsoft provides some of the most secure data storage available however you should be aware who has access to your SharePoint site and at what level.

If I cancel my subsciption, what will happen to my records?Your data is stored on your SharePoint site. Removing the Insight CRM will not alter the data or render it inaccessible.

How many people can use the CRM.There's no practical limit to how many users you can add to the app.

What do I do if I want to remove one of my users?In the Administration section of the CRM you can add, delete or ament users and permissions. Once you remove a user, they will no longer be able to access the CRM but remember to remove them from the Team.
