Diary and Attendance Management
The Administrators' Appointment Calendar allows you to see all your appointments, edit details and make new or cancel existing appointments.
Waiting List Management
The Waiting List displays all the details of clients waiting on assessment. From here you can check relevant details about the client's availability, preferred contact methods and and disability arrangements.
Mood Check Scores
From here, a counsellor can record Mood Check data and compare it to previous occasions.
Two types of Mood Check are available, Short (10 questions) and Extended (32 questions).
Recording Ethnicity
Recording ethnicity is important to demonstrate compliance with equal opportunies legislation.
You can use your own classifications by recording them here however the CRM comes pre-loaded with the current classifications from Gov.scot.
Client List Management
The Client List presents a familiar format to quickly review your current clients details or alternatively your closed records.
In both cases, clients' details can be amended to comply with GDPR.
Counselling Locations
By setting your counselling locations you can record whether they were face-to-face, telephone or video as in the example or, if you wish reord the room in with the session takes place as a means of controlling room allocation.
Housekeeping Modules
It can be a considerable task making sure that your records are GDPR safe by only keeping them on your system for as long as is neccessary. The Housekeeping module in the Insight CRM prompts you for which records are ready for archiving and, when the time comes, when they should be deleted. This removes the manual work traditionally involved in keeping your data up to date.
Secure Log-in
Users access the CRM by using a unique name and password. You can set user roles so that counsellors only gain access to their own clients' records or as an Administrator who can manage routine tasks without access to sensitive data. The Manager role has universal access.
Teams Integration
Insight CRM is designed to work right inside the Microsoft Teams app. As an extra layer of security you can place it inside of it's own Team and give access to only those who will use the CRM.
